What to Include With Your RFQ

The more we understand about your requirements, the more accurately we can quote your project. Include the following information when available:

Drawing and revision: A current, dimensioned drawing showing tolerances and relevant notes.
‍CAD model: Include a 3D model if available, along with the drawing.‍
Quantity: Tell us the quantity you need quoted, any price breaks you would like, and expected annual demand.
Material: Specify the alloy, grade, and condition, including whether you will supply it.
Finishing requirements: Note any plating, anodizing, heat treatment, surface finish, or other secondary processes.
Delivery requirements: Include your requested delivery date and any scheduled releases.
Inspection and documentation: Identify requirements for first article inspection, material certifications, traceability, or additional reporting.I
